I guess everyone has the right to pessimism, but from I can figure, the company is making profit in an industry that typically sucks up a lot of investor capital before getting close to breakeven.
Furthermore, it appears after reading a their last statement, and despite this suspension, they've managed to continue to make $$ in what would normally be a death spiral scenario. Now, without over complicating things, as appears to be the case with some of the negative posters, its a matter of matching the negative (suspension and pending cases) with positive (cash generation), the lifeblood of any company.
Now I'm not a shareholder and I know a lot of non holders will not agree with me, but I think the companies in fair position given the above.
