Company is at a 1.17B market cap. It has stagnating revenues around 9m per quarter and operating cash flow around 1.7m. On annualised basis from last quarter, 35.2m revenue and 6.8m operating cash flow per annum. Putting the current cash flow multiple at 172 times with last quarter's revenues LOWER than the March quarter revenues of 10.5m. Even if you put aside all the litigation, allegations of misleading the market and scammer clients etc, the share price should be much lower just based on the financials. How much would you pay for company making 5-10m a year with no growth? 75m? 100m? 125m? (6.9c , 9c , 11.3c per share respectively)
Hey lets go crazy, lets give operating cash flow a 40 times sexy tech valuation pricing in lots of growth, thats 272m market cap or 24c per share.
