The Western Australian Nationals say they will decide by tomorrow which party they will help to form government.

Both major parties have been courting the Nationals, who say they will side with the party that offers the best deal for regional WA.

Counting is continuing after last weekend's election, with four seats still too close to call.

Labor leader Alan Carpenter won't disclose the details of his offer to the Nationals but the Liberal leader Colin Barnett has promised Cabinet positions and regional funding in his package.

Nationals leader Brendon Grylls says his party will decide this weekend.

"Obviously we are now in a position where we have an offer on the table from both parties," he said.

"Our senior party people have started to go through that, it's time to put those offers back in their envelopes go back get around the table with my colleagues and get on with the job.

"We're going to get together as the members and have a little bit of a celebration about the election result and hopefully by Sunday lunch time we will have an election result."
