Did asx or ASIC ask for the disclosure of who owns red 5 solution or was it the newspaper and ownership matters - I can’t see that this is really a requirement of asx to know who the shareholders are when any company accumulates shares. The top 20 shareholders of ISX own 78% of the shares. Would these entities all have to disclose the make up of their companies. As stated there are no related parties here under the corporation act. Maybe a good time to take a look at those top 20 shareholders - there are some big players here and also others who could be anybody - stop worrying about this.....
