market hates:
- uncertainty
- bad reputation of company
- incompetent management who first gets a company in this situation and then fail to contain the fire.
trading halt is there exactly to avoid the above and to bring out the truth before investors before more damage is done. who knows there are more hidden cracks underneath.
Above all that, the current SP is blown up not at the back of earnings, but pure speculation and hopes for future earnings.
risk is way higher than possible reward at this price. smart investors tend to take their money elsewhere(mostly have done that already, some are stuck due to halt) ....at least till the dust settles and confidence in truth is restored.
as I said earlier, this is all IMO. I am indeed curious to see what I have learnt from the market so far
