    If JPR is such a good buy at the moment why haven't the directors come out and bought a crapload at these low levels?? I don't buy the JPR story at the moment as there has been nothing positive for this stock since they announced they havn't settled on block 31 yet and they haven't bought the producing asset which they hinted at previously. If the directors knew exactly what was going on why didn't they wait and just buy 3 times as many shares at these levels?
