my mail is good on this company, have followed it for a very long time and know the ins and outs. Any 1 who attended the AGM in Nov would have heard what was in the making. One can only assume that the deal has been finalised by the mngmnt team. If its what I think it is, it will be a brilliant deal for the company, elliminating a lot of the forward funding requirements and receiving a cash injection.
Pfizer was a company savier, this 1 is a company maker.
