    Clear YES, especially after all the concessions that have been extracted out of BAM by other players.

    We don't know, but I think the key lies to whose hands all the heavy volume that was traded between 7 and 20 cents ended up. You would think these holders must be yes holders in the end and mostly double/triple their money. For these holders to vote NO, they would really be putting at risk some pretty hefty gains.

    It looks like the Henderson people would be voting yes due to their very large SPARCS position. So 7% of the BEPPA is a YES vote for starters you would think. That's quite a big chunk.
