So I'm going to take a guess and say that generally on the whole 90% of the time all resolutions are passed in general meetings.

Has anyone ever seen a resolution for consolidation that was not passed? Just wanting to figure out what the chances are that resolution 1 for consolidation won't be passed in the next general meeting; though i'm pretty sure the major shareholders are going to vote for it and, again im only guessing, i take it their votes are the only ones that actually count and it prob wont matter what anyone else votes.
