Interesting read that. I'd back a PE firm to trim the fat out of PGC post acquisitions and drive gains at the bottom line. Shame for all long suffering holders, but I'd suspect a 65c offer would likely get across the line. I'd assume Pioneer who have been topping up recently (and originally got in at the top, near $1) would need a little more to sell up?
