I see you did the same on PLS, just to ask when is a good time to buy.
It is my understanding that people cannot provide investment advice without a licence.

Judging by your post below, you really need to do a lot more research instead of searching for such direct answers on an Internet forum. Ask lots of questions about the company etc and form your own opinion about when to buy or not.
