Interesting to see what happens once the 31st March deadline passes. Will Cemex go it alone and raise the bid, as others wait quietly and see no reason to counter bid, if Cemex are going to fail on their own.
The ball is firmly in Cemex's court with no one else prepared to play ball at the moment.
The property slide is mainly a USA and Aussie problem. Hong Kong, UK etc., continue their property booms regardless.
