Whilst the settlement is unpalatable to some, (some more than others),
I suspect it was a wise decision to terminate proceedings because it
was becoming a long drawn out process with not much to gain in terms
of reward for effort.....Popular.....no, practical.....yes.
Let's see if we hear better news in the next couple of weeks......
