True Ahjay however again this mob said they would go after the previous directors...... why?

Was it because the original legal advice was wrong or were they trying to smooth over many shareholders just to get their vote against the previous lot. With a lawyer in the ranks at the time what happened? I thought it was a sure win otherwise why did we bother?

I'll sum it up as just more of the same broken promises! Just another failure like the rest so how can you look at this lot being credible? I think that just about makes it one thing they did well with the cost savings at the plant which obviously would have been too difficult for anyone else to do You know how difficult it is to tender!
