    So now the legal process has been settled now what happens to the monies paid by some shareholders and supposedly held by the former directors' legal representative which I understand were paid as damages to avoid further legal action.

    Questions:
    do those shareholders now have to take their own legal actions to recover those funds?
    against who the former directors, EGO..........who
    or
    is it a lost cause and they have been failed by this settlement.
