Curious to hear peoples opinions on whether they truly believe this project will ever go ahead? I ask this because back in 2011 an investor presentation video ( posted on YouTube i believe) was produced and Mr Downes says all the same things in that video as he says today....i really see know development in the project from 6 years ago.... the cynical me says this is more about paying himself a salary rather than actually ever developing the project....
Will it ever get built?
