    If petwan had read through the last Crater Mountain ann and then put that into context of the various reports on Crater Mountain that have posted on hc in the last weeks then ask a geo mate to give their opinion, then surely she/he would come to the same conclusion as that of probably all the companies, geos, research students, drillers, e.t.c who have worked on Crater Mountain over the years (There have been many).
    That is in all likelihood CM is a very large mineralised of size and grade somewhere between Wafi and Porgera. Only through company circumstance, budget constraints and the pog has it not been given the full attention of an explorer until now. i.e goa is the first company to drill beyond 400m at which depth there had been mineralisation at end of hole. Now goa announce their first drill to 600m and from 240m to end of hole that report strong sulphide veining which are predominantly pyrite, the bearer of all things good and golden. What if their drill rig could have drilled deeper? Instead of a 360m mineralised zone, possibly twice that! Dog maybe, but a giant sleeping dog that is starting to stir!
