    If the SP of SPT gets over $4.00 - it would be beneficial to PRG shareholders to take the shares of SPT rather than any cash component - better off by up to 20c/share. (not to mention CGT benefits) as the SP of SPT increases, it is exponentially better to accept script.

    A well thought out offer from SPT. This sort of cunning is what I like. I bought SPT on Friday at $3.21.

    A merged SPT/PRG looks like a winner...

    Any thoughts?
