I have to recognize that their agreement with Skull Shaver (in June 24) was probably a good way to invest part of their cash (net cash of 13.5 m$ at 30/6/23).
According to this agreement, they invested up-front 2.25 m USD (around 3.4 m AUD) to get the exclusive rights for Australia and NZ for 5 years.
Given that Shaver Shop expects a payback of 3 years for this, it looks like a good investment.
It seems also quite low risk as "Skull Shaver has been a key supplier for SSG for approximatively 5 years.
Skull Shaver delivered outstanding sales growth in ANZ since their launch with SSG in 2019".
