An appropriate correction is to value the company for what it is, compared to other industry players.
If they were valued for what they are in the telco space, it would be significantly lower.
Just look at nearly every single telco in comparisons and compare with size and infrastructure. Also compare financials.
There's also the fact that they have no aspirations to go national. This limit's their customer base significantly.
