Hi Bob, i also worked up at Plutonic and did the Salmon open cut, your story isnt surprising in an industry that mostly rewards those that kiss some backside, the industry started sliding and loosing great talent many many years ago and and been on a downhill slide for around 20 years.

I remember working at Mt Kieth Nickel and they had a procedure to fill the urn up in the lunch room. The good old days were in the 80's when the industry was alot of fun and when the industry had real talent. I would hate to even imagine the level of skill in todays mining industry, it would be a complete joke and is the reason why costs are sky high, costs can be lowered with efficient people doing the work not the monkey people that today have filled the industry, its a complete joke
