I agree Zac, unfortunately its not the new working people in the industry that are at fault but the new breed of management who are more interested in climbing the ladder of fame than making a mining project a success. Suprisingly with the big companies the more you stuff up the higher up the ladder you progress. Dont get me wrong, there are many brilliant managerial people in the industry and they have turned many mining operations around and made them a success. For me i have two more years until retirement and sadly after 46 years mining i will be glad to walk away. Have a magic weekend.
