SDL seem to be chugging along quite nicely with 2.7 billion shares on issue...

whether you have 1M shares at 10c or 100k of them at $1.

It's the market cap that counts and this is likely to be re-rated in the short, medium and long term.

Sure there is dilution but KRL has been substantially de-risked now and it won't take long for the market to wake up and realise this with big brother on board.

What we need now is some forward projections on production quotas for 2011 and beyond.

Only difference this time is that the market is likely to have more faith in the projected targets having an experienced operator the likes of Bayan taking over operational control of ALL projects.

The stock rates a buy imho...
