    someone wants, or a broker wants those shares for whatever reason they may have.

    Every time when the stock is de-void of bids, suddenly they appear.


    I own PIO compliments of HRR, so I could be biased.

    Buying in at "zero" cents per share is better than buying shares with your own money.
