    I get the feeling this was pushed upon valad before the share price got out of hand. This is only to get McCabes lot through.

    If the share price had of crossed 20c - highly probable this week, then they would have had a hard time selling the 10c deal on McCabes behalf.

    This way they offer all shareholders a carrot to get McCabes through IMO.
