Please explain or are you inventing things? To get $5k in franking credits you need approx $250k in shares all paying average 5% yield, 100% franked. Most wage earners pay $5k easy in tax of which the tax paid will be offset by the franking credits.
Hmmmmm! I read this will not affect the working class which used to be Labors' people until they started to be 'fake left'.
