Peer review in regards to climate change theory means that some scientist has spent a few hours reading a paper, and bingo, its peer reviewed. In most cases the theory has not been vigorously scrutinised as you suggest. I ask the question, if Australia stopped all carbon emissions today, how much will the earth's temperature reduce, oh I forgot, its not global warming now, its climate change. In a hundred years, maybe less, people will look back on this rubbish, and wonder why we forced our industry offshore where they get cheaper electricity, and why we subjected the population to exhorbitant electricity prices, inflated by so called clean energy subsidies.
