Problem I see with Run it's staffing model. I work in the real estate industry and I don't know one property manager that has gone over to work at Run that enjoys it there. This is obvious to me by the amount of property we have listed from unsatisfied Landlords whose properties were managed by Run. I think it was a great idea but can't see it lasting unless they really turn around their style. This is personal opinion only. i have no held position in RNC but know people that do and are holding.
