I like the idea of trying to aggregate rent rolls but clearly the execution here has been terrible. Hard to know what the real problem is because Co so secretive on providing any details. But my 2c is that they simply tried to take on too many rent rolls on at once rather than a staggered approach like WWM. This has caused major growing pains, a blowout in costs and I'm guessing a higher churn rate of properties than forecast. I bought at 17c for a punt but the lack of transparency from management makes me very suspicious. Perhaps now June is over we may get more details next week.
