Hi Jim. Do not get me wrong as I like the company but
The real problem is that the company needs money in order to get into production and drill. Therefore the Fully diluted market capitalisation is not known as More shares/options etc will have to be dolled out at Cheap Prices , and there will be those who have or hope to have their Snouts in that trough so they will Not be buyers Now .
This capital raising could undermine the current share price which could fall back. It has like a great big AXE hanging over it's head and the management has not stated how much money they will be looking for and how many shares/options will be issued .The management Knows what is holding the share price back as they can read amongst other things so I presume that they do Not want the share price to rise . IF they wanted the share price to rise they would have announced to the market enough information to remove most of this uncertainty.
So The price will Not go up much at present IMHO
