Read through some of the company's announcements - the Vietnamese need foreign investors to bring in the capital, so they are keen to JV ... so seems no reason why there should be an issue.
As for downside ... always downside in a spec 2 cent stock ... if there was no downside, then it wouldnt be trading at 2 cents .... Risk/reward!
In regard to the options, the code is ATIO, you buy them, and trade them, like any other share. Conversion is $0.008 cents (.8 of one cent) any time before December 31, 2011
