Preston relisted about 2.5 years later (after a 10 for 1 consolidation I recall). They traded at about 25c just before being suspended...after the 10 for 1 consolidation they relisted at about 5c...I sold within the first few days of relisting.

Not sure what happened to them...the Bulong nickel mine is now operated by another company. The 3 listed laterite nickel producers (Annaconda with Murrin Murrin, Preston with Bulong and Centaur? with Cawse all met similar fates...though the operations weere picked up by other companies)
