No timing barry, this is just a view of an experienced environmental scientist that earns a living doing EPA submissions for projects such as Karara.
He is not directly involved with this project but he is well aware of it. He stated he has overcome much bigger problems than this. He is convinced a compromise will be established to permit the project to go ahead unhindered.
Interesting point he made was that the EPA aren't the bad guys just out trying to hug every tree there is. They will do every thing possible/practical to assist with approval and are the big Ogres they are made out to be.
Time will tell.
