I must say i am surpised to see QBE at these levels again.I was hoping that the 21.96 low in march would of held and provide good support.I believe that most of the selling was related to panic and possibly end of year tax selling.Over the last couple of days i have seen some big buyers moving in and believe many long term investors see great value at the levels.I have been accumulating all the way down,and will be adding more on any weakness.I would love to know if we have hit bottom,but it suppose it all depends on what is said at tonites fed meeting in the states.lets hope its good news.
