Will junior IO producers ever get fair value?, page-6

    Hi Redned

I think in the case of FEX the perceived upside with a small reserve and relatively high cost production is limited....however their biggest asset could well be management! At the current setup I don't think FEX will ever get higher then approx 1 year profits (based on current IO, so this number will fluctuate) + cash balance as I have posted previously. Interestingly enough there seems to be no consideration for cash made (easily predictable by simply tracking shipments) during a quarter, with other words the share price will probably only start responding to the 40 to 50 mil in cash FEX are racking in this quarter just prior to and on the release of the quarterly.

And yes lots of excitement and great share appreciation for many juniors that are not close to production in these boom times. But FEX should now focus on making lots and lots of cash, and when the time is right (possibly after the boom) they can make some moves. Management might proof much more important then a huge resources, which won't produce any cash unless it actually gets dug up. In that sense the upside of FEX might be much bigger then may others IMO.

And Hoopz, to early for dividends I think, look at this as a growth stock!
