It appears that Conoco is keen on Grace (P:50 5.7Tcf) given the 40m gas column at nearby Kontiki and reservoir quality is expected to improve to the NE.
Also regarding Poseidon from October presentation.
"As Karoon has currently mapped, the well is
located over 100m below the trap crest of the
Poseidon structure with an interpreted gross gas
column for the structure of over 430m. The area
of the structure as currently mapped is around
280 square kilometers. Remapping is underway.
n Karoon’s analysis of seismic and well results
to date indicate the Contingent Resource
discovered in this well is likely to be consistent
with or exceed Karoon’s pre drill prospective
resource range (P90-3TCF, P50-7TCF and
P10-15 TCF)."
That is an impressive gas-column without an OWC encountered, so more upside again.
At this rate of drilling, the JV may be able to slot in another multi-Tcf well.
P-2 is a very deep well in the Browse, and the odds are good for a monster find.
