I think the thanks go to the 'unsung' heroes. I don't know the names of the 'other' people on Bills team but they are doing a great job in the Congo.

The more time you spend 'inside' mining companies the more you know that the big capital injections and decisions get made 'at the face'.eg The bulk of the capital that really kicked off Portman was from a tiny operation called Cockatoo Island - unfortunately too little too late for HWE.
