    I doubt the company would announce an equity component at the same time as the debt component.

    IMO it would be more like "x million commitment from Bank A." Let the SP go gangbusters. Then, "x million from bank B". Let the SP go gangbusters. Then, when the SP is at a mature/much higher level "OK we'll do x% through equity."
