What's your thoughts on the OP's question? Is finance required to achieve 48c+, or are the 2 mutually exclusive? Do you think the will reach 48c+, or achieve finance, or both, or neither? I'm optimistic and patient, and wont bother me if it takes longer than expected provided it eventuates. All good question, all good questions.
