will li production commence in 08

I have a concern regarding the delivery of the Li in Aug 08. PT has indicased in past posts that 1000mt of Li pm should start mid to late next year. However in a recent announcement (24/4/07) he indicated that the capital cost is US$106m. In the announcement of 29 January 2007 PT indicated that full production should commence in Aug 08. To date I don't see a level of confidence in the releases that indicate the ponds plus the Li iodising plant will be built in time. If the project cost is US$106 my experience, given the releases to date, is that 1000mt of Li will not be being produced by Aug 08. I would anticipate the build to be much longer.

I just feel that PT will string shareholders along and that is what is the main cause as to the lack of positive share price increases. It is however pleasing that the IO project is now delivering which does help to de risk ADY and potentially turn it into a good investment.
