and the other issue is the demographics...
Cost aside (and OSL will be cheaper than Sirtex spheres), it is easier to inject percutaneously than intra-arterially and that may be important when treating larger numbers of patients in areas where the technical expertise is less than in the USA, Europe and Australia

Liver cancer is much more common in countries in sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia than in the US. In many of these countries it is the most common type of cancer
