The last 8 weeks LLL has gained over 80% in value, and is still being ascribed a massive discount in my eyes.

If someone offered 30c that would value the LLL shares at around $1.56 with the FFX cash.

The market would almost certainly re rate LLL SP on this offer. Any additional positive news such as DSO, Li Price movt, stage 2 expansion etc would add to it.

Any offer has to be linked to the SP VWAP.

However this would mean the buyer needs to be aware that they may end up being on the hook for an alot more than they bargained price wise.

Any offer put to FFX holders HAS TO BE BINDING.

If approved by FFX holders, non completion by the buyer would result in severe financial penalties, possibly forced transaction (think musk having to buy twitter).

Given any offer now is into a rising lithium sector for both sentiment and price, it would be a very interesting transaction to watch unfold if it were to eventuate.

Yet hypothetically if off market I could move my FFX shares on for 30c to a John Doe in a one on one private deal I would, take my profit and be glad there gone, move on from the sh*t show and be happy I had.

Yet this isn't going to happen so failing that I prefer that the Escrow get distributed to us, with an announcement imminent.
