    If FFX were entertaining a full sale, then they would need to be negotiating a price well in excess of the asset backing value.

    There would need to be a significant premium for the 17% parcel of LLL.... No Co. trying to obtain that size holding in a company with the short term prospects of LLL would be able to achieve that buying on market without driving up the price significantly...
