I am guessing that bids for the LLL holding will be likely based on a say 5 day weighted average of price until COB Friday, 23/6/23 plus a premium. Highest premium would likely get the 'nod' by the BOD. Corporates look after Corporates.
It is possible that premiums offered could be as high as 30/40%. So an offer may look attractive until the LLL price exceeds it not long after.
Fortunately the Holders group has become involved and hopefully we get our shares and cash returned.
I am not sure whether the BOD will make public the offer amounts without mentioning names. Making the amounts public would be good for the SP.
On the other hand the BOD having knowledge of valuations by Industry experts in this situation and not releasing it may put them in an 'insider' position forbidding them to buy LLL.
We will likely get a time 'Extension Ann' on Monday.
