Have you thought that the processing of diamonds is vastly different to processing Li? How much modification is required with new DMS units needing to be built, installed and maintained?
On another note good luck to the person approving and mapping the road from Renard to Adina. Just look at the number of lakes.
I'd also suggest you have a look at the weather conditions in winter, perhaps the whole area freezes over, Trucks will need chains and that will rip the road to shreds. Who pays for the C&M of the road? Not to forget ice road truckers have a high risk job that won't be cheap to pay them.
People should also check out how long roads take to be permitted and built with a lot of debate going on about them.
