Lowe missed the golden opportunity in what was suppose to be his last time as RBA head ?
If he had left the % on hold then his replacement, a Labor crony yes-man/woman, would have had to increase % immediately.
Lowe obviously wanted to bow out as a 'gentleman'. Weak as.
