It was obviously a bad day on the general market today, a lot of the big caps got pounded, which was seen all across most of the ASX indexes.
Some of the banks got smacked 3-4%. Overseas markets today did the same and even worse than ours, Nikkei was down 7.3%, Hang Seng off 2.5%
atm The DAX is off 2.7% which has belted LYI off 10%. So if this continues thru out the night (or is it the top) with the US to follow it may be a Friday not to remember, but then again it may provide (in time) an opportunity.
