Thats right SS the main reason for the pullbacks is that the SM simply stop participating and of course without them the price goes nowhere. Now if they want more before they really take it up higher they just stop buying and let the price drop back to the price where they have determined they want to buy more. At the same time they get to test for supply as well.
Thats why, we wait!
