well the point is Mr Cranston did not tesign from his position as Director at CRB , he was in fact up for rre-election along with the other Director Oonagh Malone and the shareholders used the one mechanism available to them to voice their sentiments regarding their performance and did not reelect either of them.
So framing an issue of poor performance at one company to the shareholders and investors of several others by way of incorrect information in the annual report to shareholders may be misleading as it diverts attention away from issue the previous shareholders were unhappy with when these directors were meant to be acting in the shareholders best interest , it certainly would not be classified as full disclosure , i suppose they have their reasons , perhaps you should ask them . This isn't an opinion , it is fact .
