Clearly they are throwing themselves in the mix but it's a big ask. AFR today quoting a purchase price of around $400m which is more than the MAH market cap. That's a lot of debt if they pay in cash and don't raise capital (as they have claimed). I don't really want them using script to buy anything at the current price either.

Then again with the 'synergies' and ability to accelerate their use of tax losses i'm sure they'll be able to make the deal look pretty good on an eps basis which might be enough to excite the market.
